Article 290: Common property in a multi-family house

1. The owners of the premises, the machinery and the premises of the multi-family house are entitled to common share ownership of the common premises of the multi-family house, carrying and non-existent structures, mechanical, ectrical, sanitary and other equipment of the multi-family house located outside or inside the premises, serving more than one room, machinery and accommodation in the multi-family house 2. The owner of the premises, machinery and premises shall not be entitled to dispose of his or her share of the ownership of the common property of the multi square. In the case of a flat house, and other acts involving the transfer of its share separately from the ownership of the premises, machinery and place.
