Article 291. Housing owners ' association

1. Owners of premises in a multi-family house or several apartment buildings, or owners of several housing units for joint management of common property in a multi-family house, or and by the property of the owners of the premises in several multi-family houses or property of the owners of several dwellings and by undertaking activities for the creation, maintenance, preservation and promotion of such dwellings and other activities aimed at achieving the objectives of managing multi-family houses or sharing property owned by the owner 2. The housing owners ' association is not the same as the owner ' s property. The Ommerical Organization established and operating under the Housing Owners ' Partnerships Act.
