Article 358.10: Maintenance of the bond of rights under the bank account contract
1. The bond contract of the bank account must specify the bank details of the deposit account, the substance, the amount and the duration of the obligation secured by the security of the rights to the bank account 2. Unless otherwise provided for in the contract of security of rights under the bank account contract, the contract shall be deemed to have been entered into with the condition of security of rights in respect of the entire amount of money. 3. The bond of rights under the bank account contract may provide that the subject of the bond is the rights of the bank account at any time during the duration of the contract. In this case, the value of the depositor’s account at any time remains constant. Unless otherwise provided for in the contract of lien, the reduction in the amount of the firm cash in respect of which the pledge is made shall not be less than the amount specified by the contract. The rights of the pledgeor under the bank account contract are not allowed in proportion to the portion of the secured obligation.
