Article 378: Termination of the independent guarantee

1. The guarantor ' s obligation to the beneficiary under an independent guarantee shall cease: (1) by paying the beneficiary the amount for which the independent guarantee is issued; (2) by the end of the amount determined in the independent garage 2.
