Article 427.4: Contract of performance on demand (contract of exchange)

1. A contract of performance upon request (contract of subscription) shall be recognized as a contract providing for the payment by one of the parties (subscriber) of specified, including periodic, payments or other payments. the right to require the other party(s) to provide the contractual performance in the quantity or amount requested or on other terms and conditions determined by the subscriber 2. The subscriber is required to pay or otherwise perform under the subscription contract, whether or not he or she has requested performance from the performing party, unless otherwise is subject to a law or a treaty.
