Article 1110: Succession

1. In succession to the deceased ' s property (inheritance, inheritance) passes to other persons by means of a universal succession, i.e., as a whole and in one and the same form. 2. Succession shall be governed by this Code and other laws and, in cases provided for by law, by other legal acts.
