Article 1190: Refusal

1. Any reference to foreign law under the rules of this section should be regarded as a reference to the substantive law and not to the conflict-of-laws law of the country concerned, except 2. Refusal of foreign law may be accepted in cases of reference to Russian law defining the legal position of an individual.
