Article 1205.1. Scope of the law to be applied to property rights

Unless otherwise provided for in this Code, the law to be applied to property rights shall specify, inter alia: (1) the types of objects of property rights, including the ownership of real property. (b) The existence and termination of property rights, including the transfer of the right of the person concerned; and; (6) the exercise of property rights; (7) the protection of property rights.
