Article 465: Quantity of goods

1. The quantity of goods to be handed over to the buyer is provided for in the contract of sale in the appropriate units of measurement or in monetary terms. 2. If the contract of sale fails to determine the quantity of goods to be transferred, the contract shall not be considered as concluded.
