Article 478: Compensability of goods

1. The seller is obliged to deliver to the buyer the goods in accordance with the terms of the contract of sale of fullness. 2. Where the contract of sale does not specify the completeness of the goods, the seller shall: is obliged to hand over to the buyer the goods the completeness of which is determined by the customs of business or other generally required requirements.
