Article 492. Retail sales contract

1. Under a retail sales contract, the seller engaged in a retail business undertakes to deliver to the buyer the goods intended for personal, family or other purposes. 2. A retail sale contract is a public contract (art. 426). The consumer protection laws and other legal acts adopted in accordance with them shall apply to the sale of wheat with the participation of a citizen buyer not regulated by this Code.
