Article 493. Form of contract for retail sale

Unless otherwise provided for in the contract for the retail sale, including the terms of the forms or other standard forms to which the buyer subscribes (article 428), the contract for the retailer The sale is deemed to have been concluded in an appropriate form upon the seller’s issuance to the buyer of a cash or commodity cheque, electronic or other document confirming payment of the goods. The buyer of the said documents does not deprive him of the possibility to rely on evidence in support of the conclusion of the contract and its terms.
