Article 511. Filling in the non-supply of goods

1. A supplier that has failed to deliver goods in a particular delivery period is required to make up for the outstanding quantity of goods in the following period(s) within the duration of the contract.c 2. Where the goods are shipped by the supplier to several consignees specified in the buyer ' s contract of delivery or shipment, the goods, assigned to one consignee in excess of the amount provided for in the contract or shipping order, shall not be counted to cover shortfalls in delivery to other consignees, unless otherwise provided in the contract 3. The buyer may, after notifying the supplier, refuse to accept goods whose delivery is overdue unless otherwise provided in the contract of delivery. the buyer is obliged to accept and pay.
