Article 535: Contract

1. Under the contract, the manufacturer of agricultural products undertakes to transfer the agricultural produce produced by him to the producer, the person who procures him/her. 2. The rules on the contract of delivery shall apply to the relationship under a contract not governed by the rules of this paragraph (articles 506-524) and to the rules on the contract of delivery (articles 506-524).
