Article 536: Obligations of the manufacturer

1. Unless otherwise provided for in the contract of contract, the manufacturer is obliged to accept the agricultural produce from the manufacturer at the place where it is located and to export it. such agricultural produce shall be produced at the place where the producer is located or at another place specified by him, and the manufacturer shall not refuse to accept the agricultural produce, if it is appropriate to do so. 3. The contract may provide for the obligation of the manufacturer to process the contract and to transfer it to the manufacturer within the time period specified by the contract. to return to the manufacturer, at his request, the waste from the processing of agricultural products at the price specified by the contract.
