Article 539: Energy supply contract

Under the power supply contract, the power supply organization undertakes to supply the subscriber (consumer) through the connected network, while the subscriber undertakes to pay for the energy received and the service provided. as a contractual regime for its consumption, to ensure the safety of its power grids and the integrity of its appliances and equipment, 2. The power supply contract shall be concluded with the subscriber if he/she has a technically compliant energy receiver attached to the grid. 3. To the relationship between the power supply contract not regulated by the present Code 4. With regard to the relationship between the power supply contract and the power supply contract, the regulations on the use of electricity supply are applicable. The relevant paragraph shall apply unless the law or other legal acts otherwise specify.
