Article 563. Transfer of business

1. The seller ' s transfer of the business to the buyer is made on the basis of a transfer certificate that indicates the composition of the business and the notification of creditors of the sale of the business, as well as on the basis of a transfer certificate. I am referring to the deficiencies identified in the transferred property and to the list of assets that the seller has not performed owing to its loss. and the submission for signature of the transfer document is the seller ' s responsibility and is made at its expense, unless otherwise provided in the contract. The risk of accidental loss or damage to the property transferred to the enterprise shall be passed on to the buyer at that time.
