Article 580: Consequences of harm caused by defects in the gifted item

Damage to the life, health or property of a gifted citizen due to defects in the gifted goods shall be reimbursed by the giver in accordance with the rules laid down in Chapter 59 of the Act. His Code, if it is proved that these defects arose before giving to the gifted, is not one of the obvious and the giver, though he knew about them, did not warn them of the gifted one.
