Article 631. Use of leased property

1. Major maintenance and maintenance of the property leased under the lease contract is the responsibility of the lessor. Transfer of their rights and obligations under the lease contract to another person, grant of such property free of charge, security of rental rights and deposit of such property as a contribution to the Economic partnerships and societies or a contribution to productive cooperatives are not allowed.
