Article 657: Creditors ' rights in the lease of an enterprise

1. Creditors for obligations included in an enterprise must be notified in writing by the lessor before being transferred to the lessee. 2. Creditor who is in a letter of credit but did not inform the lessor of his/her consent to the transfer of the debt, is entitled to request termination or early completion within three months from the date of receipt of the notice of the lease. 3. A creditor who has not been notified of the lease in accordance with paragraph 1 of this article may bring an action 4. After the transfer of the enterprise to the United Nations The lessor and lessee are jointly and severally liable for debts included in the transferred business that were transferred to the lessee without the creditor’s consent.
