Article 677: The employer and his or her residents

1. Only a citizen may be an employer under a housing contract. 2. The contract must specify citizens who are permanently resident in the dwelling with the employer. According to the rules of article 679 of the present Code, citizens who are resident with the employer have the same rights as their employer. 3. The employer is liable to the employer for the actions of citizens and is permanently resident in the country. 4. Citizens permanently living with the employer may, after informing the employer, enter into a contract with the employer on the basis of an agreement with the employer. that all citizens who are permanently resident in a dwelling are jointly and severally liable to the employer, in which case they are co-employers.
