Article 705. Distribution of risks between the parties

1. Unless otherwise provided for in this Code, other laws or contract: risk of accidental death or damage to materials, equipment transferred for processing (processing) (c) The property or other property used for the performance of the contract shall be borne by the submitting party; the risk of accidental death or damage to the result of the work performed prior to its acceptance; 2. When the transfer or acceptance of the work result is delayed, the risks provided for in paragraph 1 of this article shall be borne by the party that caused the delay.
