Article 707. Participation in the performance of the work of several persons

1. If two or more persons are on the contractor ' s side at the same time, they shall be recognized as joint and several debtors to the employer in the event of the indivisibility of the subject matter of the obligation and, accordingly, of solidarity. 2. Where the subject matter of the obligation is to be divided, and in other cases provided for by law, other legal acts or contract, each of the persons referred to in paragraph 1 of this article. Invents rights and obligations towards the employer within the limits of its share (art. 321).
