Article 713. Performing work using the employer ' s material

1. The contractor is required to use the material provided by the employer in a cost-effective and calculated manner, after completion of the work, to submit to the employer a report on the material ' s consumption and to return its status. 2. If the result of the work has not been achieved or the result achieved with defects which render it unfit for contractual use and, in the absence of an appropriate condition in the contract, not suitable for normal use, 3. The contractor may exercise the right specified in paragraph 2 of the contract. In the event that it proves that the deficiencies of the material could not be detected with the contractor ' s proper acceptance of the material.
