Article 727: Confidentiality of information received by the parties

If a party, through the performance of its contractual obligation, has obtained from the other party information on new solutions and technical knowledge, including those not protected by law, and information on: A party receiving such information may not communicate it to third parties without the consent of the other party. The use of such information shall be determined by agreement of the parties.
