Article 735. Design and payment of work

The price of employment in a contract of employment shall be determined by agreement of the parties and shall not be higher than that established or regulated by the relevant public authorities. With the consent of the employer, the work may be paid by the contractor upon conclusion of the contract in full or by issuing an advance.
