Article 746. Payment for work

1. Payment for the work performed by the contractor shall be made by the employer in the amount provided for in the estimates, on the dates and in the manner prescribed by law or by the construction contract. 2. A construction contract may provide for a single payment of the work. Temporaryly and in full once the customer has accepted the facility.
