Article 789 Public transport

1. Carriage by a commercial organization shall be recognized as public transport if the law or other legal acts make it clear that the organization is obliged to carry out the act Carriage of goods, passengers and luggage at the request of any citizen or legal person. 2. The contract of carriage by public transport is a public contract (art. 426).
