Article 836. Form of the bank contribution contract
1. A bank deposit contract must be concluded in writing; the written form of the bank deposit contract shall be deemed to have been complied with if the deposit has been certified by a savings book, by a certificate of deposit or other document issued by the bank to the investor that meets the requirements laid down for such documents by the law established by it by the bank 2. Failure to comply with the written form of a bank contribution contract renders the contract null and void; such a contract is null and void.
