Article 851. Payment of bank expenses for account transactions

1. In the cases provided for in the bank account contract, the customer shall pay the bank ' s services in connection with transactions involving funds in the account. Under paragraph 1 of this article, the bank may collect each quarter of the client ' s money in the account, unless otherwise provided in the bank account contract.
