Article 852. Bank interest on money
1. Unless otherwise provided in the bank account contract, the bank shall pay interest in the amount determined by the bank account for the use of funds held in the customer ' s bank account. The amount of interest shall be credited to the account within the time-limits provided for in the contract and, in the case where no such time-limit is provided for in the contract, after the expiration of the cazdo 2. If the bank account contract does not specify the amount of interest referred to in paragraph 1 of this article, interest shall be paid in the amount normally paid by the bank in respect of the deposits prior to the claim.
