Article 877: General provisions on the calculation of cheques

1. A cheque shall be deemed to contain an unconditional order from the teller to the bank to make payment of the sum specified therein to the check holder. 3. No withdrawal of the cheque before the expiry of the time limit for the presentation of the cheque shall be permitted. 5.
