Article 918: Storage of goods with the right to dispose of them

If it follows from the law, other legal acts or contract that the warehouse may dispose of the goods deposited with it, the rules of chapter 42 of the present Code of Criminal Procedure shall apply to the relations of the parties. However, the time and place of return of the goods shall be determined by the rules of this chapter.
