Article 941: General policy insurance

1. Systematic insurance coverage of different shipments of uniform property (goods, goods, etc.) under similar conditions over a specified period of time may be provided by agreement between the insured person and the insured person. 2. The insured person shall, in respect of each shipment of property subject to the general policy, report to the insured person The information required by such a policy within the time limit prescribed by it and, if not provided for, immediately upon receipt of the policy, the insured person shall not be discharged from this obligation even if at the time of receipt of the policy the person concerned is not entitled to the information required by the law. 3. At the request of the insured person, the insured person is obliged to issue insurance policies for individual shipments of property that fall within the scope of the insurance policy. If the content of the insurance policy is not consistent, the general policy is preferred to the insurance policy.
