Article 945: The right of the insurers to assess the insurance risk

1. When concluding a property insurance contract, the insured person is entitled to inspect the insured property and, if necessary, to order an examination to determine its true value. 2. When concluding a personal insurance contract, the insured person is entitled to conduct a survey of the insured person in order to assess the actual state of health of the insured person. This article is not mandatory for an insured person who has the right to prove otherwise.
