Article 946: Secret of insurance

The insured person is not entitled to disclose the information he or she has obtained as a result of his or her professional activities concerning the insured person, the insured person and the beneficiary, their state of health or the Imma. The insured person shall be liable for breach of the confidentiality of the insurance, depending on the type of rights violated and the nature of the violation, in accordance with the rules laid down in the Act.
