Article 950: Supplementary property insurance

1. Where the property or business risk is insured only in respect of the insurance value, the insured person (beneficiary) is entitled to provide additional insurance, including from 2. Failure to comply with the provisions of paragraph 1 of this article has consequences, pre-empting the payment of insurance in all insurance contracts.
