Article 999: Report of the commissioner

Upon execution of the commission, the commissioner is required to submit the report to the commission and to transmit to it all the reports received under the contract. Thirty days from the date of receipt of the report, unless otherwise agreed by the parties, the report shall be considered accepted in the absence of another agreement.
