Article 13.12.2: Violations of the rules governing the operation of the Russian Federation ' s critical information infrastructure

Violation of the rules governing the use of means of storage, processing or transfer of protected computer information contained in the Russian Federation ' s critical information infrastructure or information technology systems, information and telecommunications networks, automated management systems, telecommunications networks related to the Russian Federation ' s critical information infrastructure or rights and access to information, information systems, information and telecommunications networks, automated management systems, telecommunications networks, except as provided for 13.12.1 of the present Code, if such acts (inaction) do not constitute a criminal offence, shall be punishable by an administrative fine of 5,000 or more. To ten thousand rubles; for officials, from ten thousand to fifty thousand rubles; for legal persons, from 100,000 to fifty thousand rubles.
