Article 13.18: Obstruction of reliable reception of radio and television programmes and Internet sites

1. Obstruction of the reliable reception of radio and television programmes through artificial interference is punishable by an administrative fine of between 500 and 1,000 rubles for citizens; 2. Obstruction of Internet sites, including official Internet sites websites of public authorities or local authorities, except in cases where access to Internet sites is restricted on the basis of a court decision or a decision of the Commissioner F. an administrative body of the executive branch, or the commission of acts aimed at knowingly unlawfully restricting access to such sites, shall impose an administrative fine on citizens in the Republic of Moldova. Between 500 and 1,000 rubles; for officials between 1,000 and 2,000 rubles; for legal persons between 10,000 and 20,000 rubles.
