Article 13.19: Failure to provide primary statistics

Failure by respondents to provide formal statistical data on primary statistics in due course or to provide these data in a timely manner or e Untrustworthy primary statistics — carries an administrative fine of between 10,000 and 20,000 roubles for officials; and 20,000 for legal persons 2. The repeated commission of an administrative offence provided for in paragraph 1 of this article shall be punishable by an administrative fine against officials in the Republic of Yugoslavia. A snake of between 30,000 and 50,000 rubles; for legal persons of between 100,000 and one hundred and fifty thousand rubles.
