Article 13.25: Violation of the law on the storage of documents and information contained in information systems

1. Failure of a joint-stock company, a professional participant in the securities market, a company managing an equity investment fund, a mutual investment fund or a non-governmental singer by the specialized depositary of the equity investment fund, the equity fund or the non-State pension fund Under the legislation on joint stock companies, securities market, investment funds and regulations enacted pursuant to it, the holding of which is mandatory, as well as violation of established procedures and time limits for the possession of such documents, is subject to an administrative fine of between 2,000 and 5,000 p.e. 2. Failure by a society with limited (additional) liability or a unitary enterprise to keep docks Law on Limited Societies, State-owned and municipal unitary enterprises and its regulations By means of the regulations and of which the possession of such documents is mandatory, as well as the violation of the established procedures and time limits for the possession of such documents, the administrative penalty shall be imposed on officials in the Republic of Moldova. 3. Non-compliance by the insurers with the obligation to keep the documents listed in the list Security fucking provided for by insurance law, as well as failure of the insurers to ensure that information contained in information systems is stored. (a) The payment and security of which are provided for in the insurance legislation shall be subject to an administrative fine of between 20,000 and 30,000 roubles for officials; 4. Failure by the credit co-operative to keep the documents required under the law by the Government of the Russian Federation on credit cooperation and legislation on agricultural cooperation, as well as violation of established procedures and (or) time limits for the storage of such documents — Prevention or imposition of an administrative fine on officials of between 5,000 and 10,000 roubles; on legal persons of between 30,000 and 50,000 roubles.
