Article 13.26: Violations of the time and/or delivery (transfer) of court notices to the addressee

Violation by the postal operator of the rules for the provision of postal services with regard to the timing and/or delivery (transfer) of court notices to the addressee, including late communication to the court of the delivery (on hand) of a judicial notice or of the impossibility to deliver (on hand) to the addressee, shall be subject to an administrative fine of between 500 and 1,000 roubles. For legal persons, between 5,000 and 10,000 rubles.
