Article 15.15.2 Violation of the conditions for the granting of budgetary credit

Violation by the creditor of the conditions for the granting of budgetary credit, except in the cases provided for in article 15.14 of the present Code, shall incur an administrative fine on the official l. 2. Violation by the borrower of the terms of the budgetary loan granted to the budget in the budget system of the Russian Federation, except in the cases provided for in article 15.14 of the present Code, is subject to an administrative fine of 10 per cent for officials. 3. Violation by the borrower of the terms of a budgetary loan granted to a legal person, except for a period of one to two years. 15.14 of the present Code is punishable by an administrative fine of between 10,000 and 30,000 roubles for officials; 2 to 12 per cent of the budget credit received.
