Article 15.15.3 Infringement of the order and (or) conditions for the provision of inter-budget transfers

1. Violation by the Chief Budget Manager of inter-budget transfers, of the order and/or conditions for inter-budget transfers, except as provided for 15.14 of the present Code — carries an administrative fine of between 10,000 and 30,000 rubles for officials or a disqualification on poop 2.
