Article 23.46. Federal executive bodies exercising State control over the handling and protection of information

1. Federal executive bodies responsible for State control of the communication and protection of information deal with cases of administrative offences provided for at times 13.6, part 3 of article 13.11.3 (within the limits of its powers), parts 1.2 and 6 of article 13.12, part 1 of article 13.13, articles 13.17, 13.22, 20.23, 20.24 of the present Code. In cases of administrative offences on behalf of the authorities referred to in Part 1 of this Article, the following may be considered: (1) have ceased to be in force since 1 July 2003; (1.1) the head of the federal executive branch in the field of State security, its deputies, the heads of the units of the federal executive branch and their deputies on administrative offences (b) The head of the federal executive body responsible for countering technical intelligence and the technical protection of info; of the federal executive branch, the heads of the territorial bodies of the federal executive body Vice-Presidents, heads of units of the territorial bodies of the said federal executive body — administrative offences provided for in part 3 Article 13.11.3 (within the limits of its powers), paragraphs 1.2 and 6 of article 13.12, part 1 of article 13.13 of the present Code; (3) Head of the Federal Executive Authority, authorized in the field of bee The Russian Federation, its deputies, the heads of the territorial bodies of the said federal executive body, their deputies and the heads of the structural units of the federal executive branch, their deputies, the heads of the territorial organs of the said federal executive branch, their deputies, the heads of the structural unit The decisions of the territorial organs of the said federal executive body concerning the administrative offences provided for in article 13.5, paragraphs 3 and 4, article 13.6, article 13.11, paragraph 3.
