Administrative offences may be tried on behalf of the bodies referred to in part 1 of this article: (1) the head of the federal competition authority and his or her replacement. (2) Heads of the structural units of the federal competition authority, their deputies, except for administrative offences under articles 1 to 14.18 14.3, part 1 of article 14.9, article 14.31, part 1 of article 14.31.2, articles 14.32.14.33 of the present Code; (3) the heads of the territorial bodies of the federal competition authority and their deputies.
