Article 23.49. Federal executive body responsible for federal State supervision in the field of consumer protection

1. The federal executive body responsible for the federal State supervision of consumer protection deals with administrative offences provided for in the Act. Article 9.16, article 10.8 (in respect of violation of the rules for the storage and marketing of livestock products), article 14.2, article 14.3.1, article 14.4, article 14.5, paragraph 1, article 14. 6 — 14.8.14.15, parts 2.1 — 3 of article 14.16, articles 14.17.3, parts 2 — 4.6 — 8 of article 14.34, parts 1.2 — 4 of article 14.43, articles 14.44 — 14.46, parts 1 — 4 of article 14.46.2, parts 6 — 10 of article 14.51, Article 14.53, part 1 of article 15.46 (for the sale of jewellery and other precious metals and/or precious stones under a retail contract) of this Code. 1. The head of the federal executive body exercising the federal state shall be entitled to file administrative offences on behalf of the body referred to in part 1 of this article.
