Article 23.92. Federal executive body responsible for federal State control (oversight) of professional collecting organizations, credit and microfinance organizations included in the list of credit and microfinance organizations engaged in activities to recover the arrears of natural persons

1. The Federal Executive Authority, which exercises federal State control (oversight) over the activities of professional collecting organizations, credit and micro-financial bodies In the list of credit and micro-financial organizations engaged in activities to recover the arrears of natural persons, administrative right-wing cases are dealt with. 2. Administrative offences may be dealt with on behalf of the body referred to in part 1 of this article by: (1) the head of the Federation of the Federal Government (oversight) for the activities of professional collecting organizations, credit and micro-finance organizations , included in the list of credit and microfinance organizations engaged in activities to recover the arrears of natural persons, its deputies; (2) the head of the structural unit of the Federal Executive Authority, which exercises federal State control (oversight) over the activities of professional collecting organizations, credit and microfinance :: Under-Secretary-General for Foreign Affairs of the Organization of the Islamic Conference of Foreign Ministers of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the United States of America; of the local authorities of the federal executive branch, which exercises federal State control (oversight) over the activities of professional collecting organizations, credit and credit Cro-financial organizations included in the list of credit and micro-financial organizations carrying out activities to recover the arrears of natural persons are their deputies.
