Article 25.10: Transformer
1. Any person who is not interested in the outcome of the case who has the language or skills of sign language interpretation (translation or typolosurdop) may be employed as an interpreter. 2. The interpreter shall be appointed by the judge, the authority, the official in charge of the proceedings. 3. The interpreter is required to appear at the request of the judge, the body, the official in charge of the administrative offence, at the request of the judge, the authority in charge of the administrative offence. 4. The interpreter shall be warned of administrative responsibility for the execution of a known wrong article. 5. An interpreter shall be administratively liable under this Code for refusal or failure to perform the duties referred to in paragraph 3 of this article.
